Just an Ohio girl who recently traded cornfields for mountains, and she’s thrilled to be here! She began her Pilates journey around a year ago, and throughout this past year, she has fallen even more in love with the practice—especially the physical and mental strength she has gained along the way! She’s had several shoulder, ankle and knee injuries throughout her life, and Pilates has completely changed the way she feels on a daily basis and has helped her overcome the ongoing pain and struggles these injuries have caused (She seriously used to struggle getting her arms above her head some days!). Within six months of taking Pilates classes, she made the exciting decision to become a Pilates Instructor and is currently in training through Balanced Body to complete her comprehensive certification.
Her passion for teaching stems from her love of helping clients tap into the feeling of being strong in all aspects and walk away feeling their absolute best! She cannot thank her previous and current instructors enough for showing her how amazing this practice is, and hopes to one day follow in their footsteps of being an absolute rockstar of an instructor.
Mckenna teaches Apprentice Reformer Classes Tuesdays and Thursdays @6pm and Sundays @10am
