HEAD CHEF Katie

Katie became certified to teach Pilates through the classical 750-hour comprehensive Pure Body Teacher Training Program. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance and a minor in Business Management from Point Park University and earned her Master’s degree in Movement Science from the University of Michigan. She is a certified Konnect Method teacher by the creator, Viktor Uygan. She has also continued her education by studying under the esteemed Jerome Weinberg. Recently, Katie became certified to teach Lagree to diversify her opportunities for teaching clients. Katie will forever be a student and continue her education to better people’s lives. She is currently studying through the Postural Restoration Institute to become PRI certified.

Katie loves sharing her passion for Pilates and improving a client’s quality of life through movement. She strongly advocates that Pilates is for everyBODY and enjoys working with anyBODY from all backgrounds and abilities. While classically trained, her repertoire is adaptable to suit your needs. Whatever your goals may be, Katie will eagerly help you enhance your well-being and move through life feeling your best.
