Class Offerings
The Pilates Kitchen offers a variety of classes to suit your needs and make the most out of your sessions. All levels of experience are encouraged and welcome in the Pilates Kitchen.

Apparatus and mat-work dependent upon accessibility.
Private Pilates Sessions
In-person or Virtual @ Studio or Home
In a private session you will receive an individualized class customized to address your personal wellness goals. Katie will work with you to develop an effective Pilates practice that will help you achieve your goals and get you to feeling your best in your body.
Semi-Private Pilates Sessions
In-person or Virtual
Moving with a friend or 2 still allows for individual attention, but with a little extra motivation! A duet or trio session gives everyone the opportunity to work towards their own personal goals with energy more similar to a group class setting.
Small Group Tower Class
In-person
With only 5 Towers, these small group classes provide the perfect balance of personalized attention and group class energy. The Pilates Tower meets you where you are at any level. The Tower consists of springs connected to an upright frame which provides versatility, support, and challenge to your Pilates practice.
Small Group Reformer Class
In-person
Only 4 reformers in our small group Reformer classes to ensure you are getting the most effective, safe, and successful workout possible. You will receive more individual feedback, which will ensure that you see quicker progress and improvement towards your goals. The Reformer utilizes spring tension and a moving carriage to create a dynamic, low-impact, and full mind-body workout every time.
Group Mat Class
In-person or Virtual
No equipment required in our Mat classes. Some props may be utilized if necessary. These can be larger group classes, but personal modifications and progressions are encouraged to make the practice your own.
