Our Instructors are experienced and knowledgeable.

Katie has a Master’s in Movement Science from the University of Michigan. For years she has worked with post- Physical Therapy clients and clients with several injuries/ diagnoses. Kelly has worked with joint replacements and cancer recovery on her own personal journey as well as with clients. All of our instructors are trained to work with client’s with injury and during recovery. You’re in good hands at the Pilates Kitchen.
