Whether it’s Pilates as the sun comes up over RiNo, a class with a puppy in your lap, or a workshop that teaches you something new about your own body, our events are small, warm, and genuinely good for the mind as much as the body. Wellness Day Event
We curated the our dream wellness day so that we can all feel better moving into the Fall. Join us for any or all of our fitness classes on the rooftop- Pilates, JMF Sweat Training, and Yoga. Followed by a complimentary recovery session with Flowstate Wellness and enjoy all of our wellness vendors including Laviann Wellness, Eleven11 Skincare, MyFitFoods, and many more!
Rooftop Mat Pilates Party hosted by TUF
This special edition of Mats and Margs is hosted by TUF a non profit that helps small businesses around Denver. Join us for a free 50 minute rooftop mat class and stay for DJ, free drink, and maybe even a free haircut by Snow Leopard Barbershop. Bring your own mat and let's have a good time!
